We were approached by BASF in 2015 to promote nematodes within the home and garden sectors, and to position them as an effective and naturally occurring pest control solution for the domestic gardener. Since then, BASF has experienced rapid and unprecedented growth in sales, negating the need for any paid-for marketing.
Billy Goat is a powerful range of grounds clearance machinery used predominantly by professional users with lots of land to look after. To promote this we focus on trade media and professional users with a year-round calendar of seasonal material based on which product to use when.
We have been with the Cobra brand since its inception in 2014 and what a journey it has been! The brand is now firmly established as an industry leader with new products being added on an almost weekly basis! We secure valuable coverage for Cobra, along with product tests and competitions, across the national press as well as key gardening titles. We also arrange press days and new product launches.
Cub Cadet has been building lawn mowers, lawn and garden tractors, zero-turn mowers, snow throwers and utility vehicles that work harder and perform better than other products in the industry for decades. We have been working with Sipcam UK since its launch of the ecofective range of environmentally sensitive feed, weed and control products for UK domestic gardeners in 2016. Our work has helped to deliver brand awareness and a social media presence for a young brand in an ever-competitive market. Sipcam’s aim with ecofective is to bring high quality products, used by professional growers with an environmental attitude, to private gardeners in Britain.
EGO Power+ approached us in the spring of 2015 as they had a brand-new concept that they were launching in the UK market - 56v lithium-ion powered garden products. Battery powered products weren't new to the market but good quality ones were! We had to overcome a vast amount of scepticism about the capabilities of lithium-ion powered equipment but we soon converted gardeners and journalists, and built an army of brand ambassadors. Other manufacturers soon followed suit, and we helped to establish EGO as the cordless specialist, differentiating it from its competitors.
We began working with Forest Garden in January 2017 to handle all the consumer and trade public relations. The company is the largest manufacturer and distributor of garden timber products in the UK and our work involves delivering creative consumer campaigns and initiatives to promote Forest's ever-growing range of products. Recent highlights have included holding a press day at London's Chelsea Physic Garden, to introduce Forest's new Decibel Noise Reduction Fence Panels. We invited media contacts from consumer and trade publications for a demonstration - coverage continues to come in and has so far reached an audience of more than half a million people.
Stepping aside from the garden sector, we also look after Giacomini. This is an Italian company that designs, manufactures and installs technology leading heating components. We regularly produce application stories updates to the trade media, as well as offering commentary on wider industry issues.
Griffin Glasshouses creates beautiful, bespoke aluminium glasshouses for discerning garden owners, many of whom are replacing traditional Victorian and Edwardian structures. We have worked with the family-run business for four years, headed by Linda Lane, daughter of the founder. She is supported by other family members. The company also manufactures a range of special glasshouses for the National Garden Scheme.
We were appointed by Hillier to handle the pr for its 2017 RHS Chelsea Flower Show where the nursery group received its 72nd consecutive gold medal and continued its position as Chelsea's most successful exhibitor. The project saw our concept of the Memory Tree come to life at the world famous show, with a whole host of celebrities, journalists and visitors come to the stand to take part. We generated a wealth of coverage for Hillier across all sectors - outdoing the previous year's coverage by over 250%.

Our work with Workman, Threadneedle and New River Retail sees us tasked with driving footfall to selected regional shopping centres. We do this through arranging events and working with the local media to promote new store openings; promotional activity; and seasonal events.
The Posh Shed Company produce bespoke and 'off the shelf' sheds as well as storage and garden accessories. These high-end products regularly feature in home and gardening publications and we work closely with the media to supply news content, commentary, features and photography. The National Garden Scheme (The NGS) is Paskett PR’s charity of the year and we are working with The NGS to launch and promote its corporate partnership packages. The charity was founded in 1859 and has grown to be the most significant charitable funder of nursing and caring charities in the country, donating over £50 million so far, through money raised via its open gardens programme. Currently, more than 3,700 gardens nationwide open their gates for The NGS each year.
