Paskett PR’s very own Torville and Dean, Gemma Pittham and Alice Brett, took to the ice after managing an effective event launch for a Leicestershire shopping centre.

A central area in the Belvoir Shopping Centre in Coalville was transformed into 180 square metre skating rink to coincide with the start of the school holidays in the town. The PPR team put together a successful media campaign for the 12-day event, which included, editorial, radio commercials, competitions and print advertising.

Gemma Pittham, account manager, said: “The launch was a great success, although the weather seemed to be against us from the start there wasn’t a shortage of youngsters taking to the ice throughout the day.”
